Parking Info

There are four parking options available during the event week. 

Player check in

All participants will be required to check in at the player check in tent, each day you are playing. 

It is important that you check in at least 30 minutes prior to your event commencing. Failure to check in will mean that the tournament director will not know that you are in attendance and your games may be forfeited.

Please Note: You can only check in ON THE DAY/DAYS you are participating.

Extreme weather policy 

In the event of extreme weather the PAA Extreme Weather Policy will be enforced. To mitigate the effects of the warmer Queensland climate: 

Please ensure you carry adequate water with you to and from the event. Drinking Water stations are available at KDV, these will have signage displayed for easy identification. There is also a cold filtered water tap inside KDV at the cafe.

Please keep out of the sun when you can, head to the sports bar or players' lounge located in the KDV venue to cool off in the aircon (more information below). Alternatively, find shelter under the marquees provided around the venue.

Please wear appropriate sun-safe clothing and always remember to SLIP, SLOP, SLAP.
