Engage Sporting becomes the Official Paddle of Pickleball Australia

It’s official! Engage Sporting and their Pursuit range of paddles become the ‘Official Paddle of Pickleball Australia’

Pickleball Australia are delighted to announce a monumental 12month partnership agreement with Engage Sporting; a leading manufacturer of pickleball equipment based out of the United States.

Engage Pickleball and their signature paddle, the Pursuit, will now be the ‘Official Paddle of Pickleball Australia’. Engage paddles have long been a trusted and popular paddle brand in Australia with many of Australia’s top player including Sarah Burr, Martin Clark and most recently Mitch Hargreaves competing with the Pursuit paddles.  

The partnership with Engage Sporting will see Engage paddles rolled out across the country to help our State Member Associations, their Clubs and our coaches promote and develop pickleball at a grassroots level.

“Engage Sporting and the Elliott family have long been supporters of Pickleball in Australia, dating back to their visit in 2019, where they competed in the Australian Pickleball Championships” said Brendan Lee, Executive Officer of Pickleball Australia. “With an interest in Australian pickleball for a number of years and a willingness to learn about the Australian pickleball landscape, we knew that Engage Sporting was the right choice for us when it came to securing an Official Paddle Partner”.

Pickleball Australia has seen significant growth in the last 12 months and in the past 6 weeks has seen its membership increase by 16%. With over 7000 members and an estimated 25,000 participants playing pickleball regularly, Australia is fast becoming one of the worlds fastest growing pickleball countries.
