Pickleball Australia offers a structured, multi-level coaching accreditation framework designed to support coaches at various stages of experience and interest. Each level builds on the last, ensuring a clear pathway for personal development and progression.

1. Introductory Coach (Keyton Community Connect Coach)

  • For club volunteers and beginner-level coaches operating in an affiliated club

  • Focus: Teaching basic skills and safety in a club setting

  • No prior experience required

  • Not a full coaching accreditation, but a stepping stone to gain experience or to assist your club in a voluntary role.

2. Foundation Coach (Level 1)

  • For those interested in formally coaching beginner and intermediate players

  • Includes online learning and a face-to-face assessment
