The Pickleball Australia Association Ltd (PAA) is a public company limited by guarantee under the Corporations Act 2001 and is taken to be registered in Queensland.

PAA transitioned from an incorporated association entity to satisfy Sport Australia requirements for recognition as a National Sporting Organisation.

NOTE: There have been some changes to the PAA Constitution.  An updated version of the constitution will be uploaded by the end of November.
