How it works for Clubs

At a club level, gender and age are not taken into consideration when grouping individuals each week. Player Rating is the priority.

Representatives from clubs in three age groups will progress through to regional/state level:

50+

60+

70+

Club Responsibilities

  • Appoint two league coordinators to coordinate the league in your club

  • Ensure a playing environment encompassing the 5 pillars

  • Deliver the league within the rules and regulations of AMC

  • Responsible for all costs to coordinate league at club level

How does the 2026 AMC pickleball.com league ladder algorithm work?

  • Players will be initially ranked with DUPR as the reference data point.

  • The 2026 AMC ladder algorithm will record, and rank players based on wins v losses (the 2025 POP system will NOT be used).

  • Players will move up and down the ladder and be grouped week-to-week based on their live DUPR ladder ranking.
