Strategic Direction

The Pickleball Australia Association Ltd. (PAA) Strategic Plan 2020 - 2023 outlines our Vision, Mission, and Strategic priorities under the four pillars of Leadership, Growth, Promotion, and Pathways.

The intial document was developed as the primary initiative of the newly established PAA Board in March 2020. 

While devised to guide our direction for the next 4 years, it was recognised that analysis and review of this plan would be required as pickleball began to establish itself as a sport in Australia. 

A priority for 2022 will be to consult and collaborate with our stakeholders to fine tune our strategic direction.
