Welcoming our Newest PA Staff Member

Pickleball Australia (PA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Massih as the latest addition to the PA team, taking on the role of Special Projects Officer.

Michael Massih is a Sydney-based sports professional who brings extensive experience across national and state sporting organisations, with a strong background in participation strategy, program development, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Michael has held roles with organisations including Touch Football Australia, Volleyball NSW, and Football Australia, where he has successfully delivered large-scale initiatives focused on growing participation, strengthening club and workforce capability, and aligning strategy with operational delivery.

Michael is also well known in the pickleball community an active player and has developed a genuine passion for the sport and its community.

He is excited to join Pickleball Australia at a pivotal stage of growth and is eager to contribute to the continued development of the sport nationally. Michael looks forward to bringing his experience and energy to the role, with the aim of supporting sustainable growth and making a positive impact on the evolving pickleball landscape in Australia.
