Welcoming our Newest PA Staff Members
Pickleball Australia (PA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Louise Monge and Noah Luc as the latest additions to the PA team, taking on the role of State Administrator for the ACT and SA respectively.
Based in Canberra, Louise has been a member of Pickleball ACT for two years. A lifelong tennis player, she was drawn to the sport’s vibrant community and the benefits of Canberra's indoor facilities, which allowed her to escape the extreme weather conditions.
Louise has a strong background in communications, events, and marketing, with experience in multiple sectors.
Louise is delighted to join Pickleball Australia.
"I'm excited to take on the role of State Administrator representing the ACT and to have the opportunity to live and breathe pickleball in both my professional and personal life,” Louise said. “The greatest gift of pickleball is that I'm constantly given the opportunity to learn new skills, all while being part of an amazing community of like-minded people. I'm currently recovering from rotator cuff repair surgery, which has kept me off the court since June 2025, but I'm counting down the days until I can play again and hope to return in February."
Noah is based in Adelaide, and alongside his brother, has been running a social badminton club that also hosts regular pickleball nights. This role has given him hands-on experience in organising sessions, engaging players of all skill levels, and helping build an inclusive and supportive sporting environment. Through this experience, he has seen firsthand how pickleball brings people together and creates strong connections both on and off the court.
Noah is in his final year studying Medical Imaging. He is very passionate about community sport and enjoys bringing people together through activity.
“I’m keen to be part of the team,” Noah said. “I enjoy contributing behind the scenes to help community sport thrive. Being involved allows me to combine my interest in health, teamwork, and community engagement, while supporting the continued growth of pickleball and helping create enjoyable experiences for players across South Australia.”
